Everything related to my order that involved ACOT went perfectly. My only issue thus far is that I'm having a hard time getting satisfactory results with 3D Embossing folders. I experimented with it at length the day I received it, but the 3D embossing folder results are very disappointing. So far, I've only tried 3D folders from Taylored Expressions. I intend to try again using a different brand folder so I can see if the problem is strictly with this one brand. If I can't resolve this, I may have to contact you for further assistance.

Would love to see a magnifying feature while viewing individual products.
