Once we approve the submitted photo(s), our designers start optimizing it for the 3D conversion process. They use specialized photo editing software to remove the background of the image and clean up any small imperfections before creating a 3D model.

Our custom engraved products are designed to last forever! It will never fade.
How long will it take you to make my 3D Crystal?
If you place your order before 2PM CST, we will process it the same day! Once it ships, you should receive it within 2 business days!
How do I know if my image is high-quality?
If our designers find an issue with the image you uploaded, we’ll reach out to you and request that you upload a different photo.
Do you deliver on Saturday?
Yes, we do. If you order Thursday before 2 PM CST, we will deliver it Saturday. Order after 2 PM CST we will deliver it Monday.
