We love how these shots came out from using the Canon EOS R6 with addisonjbrush and ravesports a few weeks ago. To be honest, at the time, we didn’t know how this video, or these shots would turn out! Mainly for two reasons:
1) We shoot in RAW, or AppleProRes for the majority of our shoots as we love the extra room in post work (but really eats up our storage space!)and not a LOG profile, as well as
2) The client got a lot more wake boards, life preservers, skis, and more than what they thought we were going to, and we had to shoot it all!
We had much to shoot in such a short time, and it was “go, go, go.” Luckily, the main videographer kept a cool head and knew the shots they wanted and show to get them. We love how this green and gold look and grade turned out. We also absolutely love the amount of data that C-Log 2 captured in all these clips. Wow! We may be converted! Otherwise, we think these shots feel like a warm Summer day on a lake!
